Luisa has worked with Ed for over 10 years as a key paralegal and trusted professional, developing in-depth experience across all of our practice areas (trust/estate planning, estate administration, business law, and real estate law). She ensures that each client receives personalized attention and care while maintaining a calm demeanor to deliver peace of mind. Luisa has played an integral role in helping countless families achieve their trust/estate and business planning goals, and has successfully navigated numerous complex estate proceedings throughout the state. As firm administrator and an experienced paralegal, Luisa is a key member of the team and an invaluable professional for our clients.
When Luisa is not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and 130 pound fur baby. Luisa is a proud native of the Capital Region and graduate of Siena College.
Tianta C. Youngblood
Associate Attorney
Tianta is a well respected attorney and valued member of our firm with extensive legal experience throughout Saratoga County and across a range of practice areas. She delivers professional, responsive and thorough service to our clients, particularly in our real estate practice. In what can be a fast-paced closing process, Tianta provides seasoned and confident representation while maintaining a comprehensive, caring, and attentive approach.
Tianta was raised in Saratoga Springs. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and later attended Western Michigan University- Cooley Law School. Tianta is a dedicated member of the Saratoga Springs community. She is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Tianta also serves as Secretary of the Blue Streaks Hall of Fame Committee. During her free time, Tianta enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
Miranda S. Okoro
Paralegal
Miranda is a detail-oriented, accurate, and dedicated paralegal with meaningful experience across all of our practice and administrative areas. With a primary focus on trust/estate planning and administration, Miranda regularly prepares a variety of complex and comprehensive estate planning documents for attorney review, and takes pride in the attention to detail that each succession plan requires. Miranda is a caring and committed professional that is a tremendous asset to our team and clients.
Miranda is native to the Capital Region and enjoys crafting, camping and hiking in the great outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
Alexa C. Cory
Legal Assistant / Receptionist
Alexa is an attentive, thorough and dedicated legal assistant who oversees various administrative projects throughout the office in furtherance of our practice areas. She greets our clients with a kind, patient and caring demeanor to deliver the best possible firm experience and first impression. Alexa is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo and is new to the area, originally from Western New York but has quickly embraced Saratoga Springs and all it has to offer.
Outside of the office, Alexa enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, reading, trivia, and watching the Buffalo Bills.
