David is an accomplished Associate Attorney with a passion for utilizing his prior counseling experience to find the most favorable and comprehensive solutions for Firm clients. David offers personable and seasoned representation on various complex matters related to trust and estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and business law.

A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, David received his undergraduate degree in finance from Siena University. Thereafter, David honed his analytical and planning skill sets as a Financial Analyst for a major financial services firm, obtaining his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. David went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate with Pro Bono honors from Albany Law School. As a law student, David clerked for an established local law firm where he specialized in elder law and trust planning. He also volunteered at the Community Economic Development Clinic to provide indispensable counsel to businesses on issues related to entity formation, contract review, and corporate governance.
Following Law School, David began his legal career at a local law firm where he continued to focus on trust and estate planning, business, and real estate transactions, building on an impressive background tailored to the Firm’s core practice areas. David’s experience, together with his genuine, caring and comprehensive approach, have proven to be invaluable to the Firm and our clients.

In his free time, David enjoys golfing, playing basketball, traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and watching Duke Basketball.
